Ingredients
- 1 cup raw popping corn kernels
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- Food coloring
- Mason jar or similar
- Parchment paper
- Cookie Sheet
Directions
Step 1: add 1 cup corn kernels to the mason jar.
Step 2: add the water and vinegar.
Step 3: add the food coloring to desired color.
Step 4: seal jar and give a good shake.
Step 5: let sit overnight for best results.
Step 6: drain into a fine mesh sieve.
Step 7: dump out onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
Step 8: let air dry until fully dry, move corn around for a faster dry.
STORAGE
If stored properly in an air tight container, can last months. Always check for mold (spoilage) or germination.
