Edible sensory activities can be highly engaging for most children, especially when sweets are involved. Edible sensory play makes it easy to turn baking with your toddlers into a learning environment in which they'll thrive. Edible play times are a perfect way to include more one on one activities into your day. Please make sure all elements are size appropriate. It is crucial to make sure that your sensory play options are safe and entirely edible. This is because young children are often more inclined to put various objects into their mouths

  • Silicone letter mold
  • Silicone brush
  • Chocolate scraper
  • Paint brush for dusting
  • Cup

How To Make

Step 1: using a paint brush, lightly dust inside of the heart mold. Coat entire heart.

Step 2: melt candy melts according to package and pour into mold. Reserving some chocolate for the letters. Using the silicone brush spread out around entire mold, being sure to get as even of a layer as possible. Keep the top edges slightly thicker.

Step 3: pour reserved chocolate into letter mold place and both molds into the freeze until fully set.

Step 4: remove from freezer and carefully release all the edges and remove from mold.

Step 5: fill with sprinkles and both marshmallows.

Step 6: very carefully, place tray over heart but do not rest on it, just hover and flip. If the some of the sprinkles come out, scoop back under the heart.

Step 7: pour milk into creamer dispenser, heat until hot and add a drop of pink food coloring, mix.

Step 8: setup cookies and heart marshmallows in the tray with the heart and add chocolate letters.

Step 9: set out the scoop and glass.

How To Play

No rules, just have fun. You can either hit the heart to break it or have your little one do it. Just depends how thick the chocolate is and how easily it will break. You can pour the milk to dissolve the chocolate first or after its broken. Whatever seems most fun.
