Things you'll need for activity

  • Wood hearts (Mondo Llama at Target)
  • Bleed through tissue paper
  • Scissors
  • Spray bottle with water
  • Paper towel
  • Gloves (optional)


How To Make

Step 1: cut tissue paper into small squares.

Step 2: place heart onto silicone mat. 

Step 3: add tissues paper in a single layer, as best as possible. Some overlapping will occur.

Step 4: lightly spray water all over heart to wet all tissue paper. 

Step 5: using gloves, remove the tissue paper. 

Step 6: dry with paper towels. 

Step 7: air dry.
